*An unforgiving soul cannot be happy in the real sense if it. ?The mind that keeps records of wrong is sick.? . Any heart that goes to bed with grudges and sleeps comfortably is ungodly?* ?

Moreover, a healthy mind is free from malice. A good heart has no plan for revenge.

To get anything from God, we need mercy. And mercy cannot be given to whoever cannot show mercy.

We cannot receive mercy unless we approach the throne of grace. It takes those who recognize their faults to receives anything before this throne. This is the prerogative of those who know that they are not perfect. Those who acknowledge that their shortcomings will always find it easy to forgive others.

However, from the letter 4:16, we are called, ” let us confidently approach the throne of grace to receive mercy and to find grace for timely help.” God is ever ready to forgive us.

We should not expect what we are not ready to give. We live by God’s grace, for when we were still sinners he sent his Son to die for us.

Therefore dear ones, let us do good to ourselves by giving others the benefit of doubt. Let us be gentle with others. Let us free those whom we have tied down so that God will steadily open the gate of heaven for us.

May our hearts speak peace. May our mind radiate with joy. Rid of all bitterness, may our hearts find joy. Amen.
