” _The heart of a king is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he turns wherever he wills. Every way of a man is right in his own eyes, but the weighs the heart_ .”
No one can escape from God. Our thoughts and actions will surely produce results for pain or gain.
Before God, there is no shortcut. If we cannot hide from ourselves, then we must know that we cannot hide from God who is all knowing.
Each gets what he deserves. There are actions that produce physical results. And there are some that produce mental recompense.
Moreover, those who do evil and smile, may look happy, but God knows the degree of their inner or mental anguish. When the good suffer, if only they know what matters, they would rejoice in their spirit, for God’s eyes are widely open to their plights. It is all a matter of time. If only the righteous man could understand the workings of God, he will never begrudge the prosperity of the wicked.
Let us be patience in tribulations. Evil will not last. The result of righteousness is eternal. As a result of the wickedness of man, we must not allow our love to grow cold. The Lord reigns.
Above all, it is only those who hear the word of God and keep it that are the true members of God’s household.
May the love of God reign in our hearts and may he tailor our hearts and actions that they yield fruits for eternal harvest. Amen.
